Data Deletion Instructions.

If you have messaged a business account operated by NasrLabs, you can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. This page tells you exactly how, and what happens next.

Who can request deletion

Anyone who has messaged an Instagram or WhatsApp business account operated by NasrLabs on behalf of a client can request deletion of their personal data. You do not need an account with us, and you do not need to log in.

How to request it

Send us an email with the subject line Data Deletion Request. So we can find your data and confirm the request is yours, include:

The Instagram username you messaged from, and the business account you messaged.

The button above opens your email app with the subject and fields already filled in. If it does not work on your device, just email aqil@nasrlabs.com manually with the same details.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge your request within 7 days.
  • We complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving the request.
  • We confirm by reply once the deletion is done.

What gets deleted

  • Order records associated with you: name, phone number, delivery address, pincode, items ordered, order total and payment status.
  • Stored images you sent, including payment screenshots and product photos.
  • Any retained conversation data, including your Instagram-scoped sender ID, username and display name, and any message content still held in temporary conversation memory.

What may be kept

Some records may be retained where the law requires it, for example transaction and tax records that a business is obliged to keep for a fixed period. Where this applies, we keep only what is legally required, we do not use it for any other purpose, and we tell you in our reply what was kept and why.

Deleting data held by the platform

This page covers data held by NasrLabs. The message thread also exists in your own Instagram or WhatsApp account and in the business's inbox on Meta's platforms. To remove data held by Meta, use the privacy and data settings in your Instagram or WhatsApp account directly.
